Sonya did the flowers for my moms funeral and they were stunning. My mom was a florist herself so the bar was set pretty high and Sonya nailed it with arrangements that were creative, unique and beautiful. The service from start to finish was outstanding from selection to after care; Sonya called the day after to ensure everything was to our liking. To top it off, 5 days later the flowers are still beautiful. Sonyas is now my florist of choice for all my flower needs.

Sonya did the flowers for my mom’s funeral. They were stunning! My mom was a florist herself and she would have been extremely happy. Sonya was incredibly helpful during the selection process and the final product was even more beautiful than the photos that were selected. This is the shop I will go to for all my floral needs.

Disappointing, cannot begin to explain how we feel regarding the extreme lack of service for flowers that were delivered to my sister-in-laws funeral yesterday. My nieces originally worked with Sonya for the order of hydrangeas, their mothers favorite, (along with other flowers) for the table setting at their mothers funeral. The hydrangeas fared very poorly only hours after being placed in the vases. My niece (19) called Sonya and she said to come done to discuss. While still dressed for the funeral, she went down with a sampling of the problem, and Sonya did not offer any apologies or condolences, and spoke very condescendingly to her. She called me while in the flower shop very distressed. I asked to speak with Sonya. When she came on the phone again she offered no apologies, spoke to me in a very elevated tone, stating it was our fault, and she would not be doing anything else for us, and when I questioned her tone of voice she told me the conversation was done, and hung up on me. What needs to be questioned here is why Sonya did not do the right thing? The right thing, without question would have be to apologize for the dead flowers, and provide a refund for the hydrangeas. The order was over $300, and the hydrangeas were less than 1/2 of the total order. She would have come out of even, gained a customer (our entire family) for life, and not have a young woman experience the worst treatment of her life on the day of her mothers funeral. Even if it had been a loss for Sonya, it still would have been the right thing to do. When a business does well the customer tells maybe ten people, when a business does poorly, that customer will tell 30. Very, very disappointing.

Worst experience of my whole life. I needed 10 hydrangeas for my mother's funeral. I had them delivered, and church volunteers prepared them exactly according to sonya's directions. half an hour into the funeral service, every single flower wilted and died. I brought them back to Sonya to show her. She refused any discount or refund. She blamed me for what happened and smirked and I became increasingly upset. I stood in my funeral attire almost in tears that my dad had spent almost $200 on these flowers and they died. She ended up screaming at me and kicking me out of the store. I have never been more upset in my entire life. I'm only 18 and she treated me worse than I have ever been talked to in my entire life. Please do not give Sonya business, she ruined my mother's funeral.
